Orders and returns

For the process of your order, you must follow the detailed steps in the "How to get it" section. If you want a model that is currently unavailable, you can choose "notify me when it is available". Thus, we promise you that you will be the first one to be informed as soon as the product is ready for the next rental - one step ahead of everyone else!

Orders completed before 14:00 on working days are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed either after 14.00 on a working day, or at any time on non-working days/holidays, are dispatched on the next working day. There is a shipping fee, about which you will be informed when placing your order, while there is no financial charge for returning the bag.

You can receive your order in person from the courier office in your area. In this case, you must do it within 48 hours from the day the order has arrived at the offices of the courier company. Otherwise, and as long as there has been no prior extension agreement between us, the parcel will be returned to us.

If you have chosen a bank account deposit as a payment method, the amount due must be deposited within 48 hours from the time of the order. If this does not happen, then the product(s) will be considered available for sale again and the order will be cancelled.

Returns are made through the contracted courier company, at our expense. If, for any reason, you wish to return the selected bag earlier or later than the predetermined day stated in your order, the customer department care is at your disposal to serve you, always respecting the Terms of Use laid down. In addition, if you wish to change your order and get a different bag from the one you selected, you can do it in two ways:

  1. At no charge, if your order is being processed and has not yet been shipped,
  2. Paying the corresponding fee that you will find in the Terms of Use, if the bag has already been shipped or already received (but not yet used).


For the safe return of the product, the following criteria must be met:

  1. The product must be in the original condition in which it was received
  2. The returned product must be returned through the cooperating company
  3. The product must be returned on the predetermined return date (otherwise late fees apply*)

The return of the guarantee is made in the same mode that you used for paying for the bag you are returning. For credit card payments, refund is made directly to your card by us and appears on your card up to 15 days later, depending on the card issuing bank. In case you have paid by deposit to the company's account, your money will be refunded to the account you have registered during the rental, immediately.


*Overdue charges apply to each calendar day of return delay. In case there is a confirmed order by a different customer for the specific product while the previous customer has not yet returned it, BeMyBag bears no responsibility.
